Ярослав — часть команды MaxiWord. Вместе с ним работают менеджеры, редакторы и верстальщики, чтобы обеспечить максимально высокое качество выполняемого перевода. Наша задача — создать максимально удобные условия для работы переводчика, обеспечив ему среду перевода, вспомогательные материалы, технические средства, словари и глоссарии, чтобы он мог сосредоточиться только на процессе перевода, не думая о технических сложностях и оплате. Он не один: коллектив активно помогает ему в процессе перевода. Ему есть к кому обратиться за советом и подсказкой. Его работа будет тщательно проверена, отредактирована, а готовый файл отформатирован для полного соответствия оригиналу. После завершения работы перевод будет отредактирован штатным редактором и отправлен обратно переводчику на подтверждение/отклонение внесенных редактором изменений. За качество перевода ответственность несет лично Александр Саксонов — управляющий директор и главный редактор MaxiWord.
