iaroslav ist MaxiWord-Teammitglied. Manager, Redakteure und Layouter arbeiten mit ihm zusammen, um die höchstmögliche Qualität der Übersetzung zu gewährleisten. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, die günstigsten Bedingungen für die Arbeit des Übersetzers zu schaffen, indem wir ihm die Übersetzungsumgebung, Hilfsmittel, technische Hilfsmittel, Wörterbücher und Glossare zur Verfügung stellen, so dass er sich nur auf den Übersetzungsprozess konzentrieren kann, ohne an technische Schwierigkeiten und die Bezahlung zu denken. Er ist nicht allein: das Team unterstützt ihn aktiv beim Übersetzungsprozess. Er hat jemanden, an den er sich mit Rat und Tat wenden kann. Nach der Fertigstellung wird die Übersetzung vom internen Lektor korrekturgelesen und an den Übersetzer zurückgeschickt, damit dieser die vom Lektor vorgenommenen Änderungen bestätigt oder ablehnt.
